Nothing here is for sale

No business pays to appear, to rank higher, to be categorised differently, or to be described more favourably. No payment, of any kind, changes whether or how a filing appears. Sun Coast Digital Media does sell websites and marketing to businesses in this region, including businesses that appear in these listings, which is exactly why this page exists.

Addresses, and why removal is free

Florida requires a principal address and a registered-agent address on every filing, and for a large share of small businesses that address is a home. The Wire therefore publishes the city and ZIP code only, and no street address appears on any page or in any data export. A listing can also be corrected or taken down at no cost, with no reason given and no proof of ownership required, in a removal-only update that does not wait for the next issue.
